Mr. McNamara founded MV Properties in 2008; he is the owner and broker of the firm. Mr. McNamara has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of real estate management, investment, financial reporting, sales and development. He received his MBA in Finance from UCSD’s Rady School of Management and his undergraduate degrees in Economics and English from Occidental College. Mr.
McNamara is also the founder of McNamara Real Estate Ventures. McNamara Ventures is a development and investment subsidiary of MV Properties. Current projects include the Guild on 30th, new apartment developments, and a residential subdivision in Escondido.
Regional Property Manager
Wendy oversees the management team and day-to-day operations.
She has over 20 years’ experience in residential property management and has managed thousands of apartments for large institutional owners.
She brings this big-company experience to our boutique firm, making sure your investment assets are managed efficiently
Leasing & Sales Agent
Vincent’s primary focus is guiding clients to purchase and sell investment properties through Folio Real Estate Group.
He also works with the property management team on leasing and on-site management
Property Manager
Theresa has over 40 years experience in management, with 15 in mobile home park management in California.
Theresa’s favorite part of her job is working with many types of residents and vendors to keep the community a safe and comfortable while maintaining the value of the park and homes.
She also enjoys being able to do all of that while driving around in the golf cart with her trusted companion Pepe (Boston Terrier)!
Property Manager
Josh has manages a portfolio of 49 homes and oversees maintenance.
Property Managers
Ana Aguayo has been in Property management for 5 years. She is certified in Gas Operation and Fair Housing & Business Ethics.
Ana is committed to creating growth for the company while making sure that all residents feel comfortable by providing the most positive client experience possible.
James Aguayo has been a maintenance technician for 2 years. He also holds certifications in Fair Housing & Gas Operation.
Accounting Manager
John oversees the accounting and financial reporting operations. John works for Optima Office, MV Properties’ outsourced accounting and HR management firm.
Maintenance Coordinator
Jackie manages all work orders, including unit turnovers, repair requests, and after-hour emergencies
Bookkeeping, Administrations, and Personal Assistant
Florence works in all aspects of the firm’s administration duties, including as Personal Assistant to Keegan McNamara.
